  27. I run a little more on it than kids games.  Considering I'm the MIS 
  28. Manager at my office, I think I have a clue, enough of a clue to be able 
  29. to evaluate that an operating system is a kludge and cannot live up to 
  30. promises it makes.  The first promise being release date, that should 
  31. have sent off bells and whistles immediatley.  I'm under the opinion the 
  32. product still wasn't ready to ship but they couldn't delay any more.
